As well as creating playful, hard-hitting performances, lectures, pamphlets and games, Harry Josephine Giles– “general doer of things” – writes and performs seditious, innovative poetry in English and “magpie” Scots. These languages both feature in Giles’s debut collection Tonguit, shortlisted for the 2014 Edwin Morgan Poetry Award.

Be enthralled by readings and conversation about identity, politics and humanity from one of Scotland’s outstanding breakthrough performers, with local poet Chris Tse.
