Wheelchair accessible: Yes. All City Gallery exhibitions and its main entrance on Civic Square are accessible to wheelchair users and any visitors who need to avoid stairs.
A wheelchair is available on-site for public use, as is the main elevator located within the building to take visitors between the ground floor and level one.
Free mobility scooters are also available for hire from the Wellington City Council, just across Civic Square from City Gallery.
Accessible seating: Yes. There are spaces for wheelchairs at the top entry of Adam Auditorium.
Accessible toilets: Yes. These are located on the ground floor and at Nikau Café.
